What You’ll Do

    • Lead and coach the current SDR team, training, reviewing weekly performance, and conducting call review sessions.
    • Own team management and hiring: define roles, build training modules, and enhance SDR playbooks in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
    • Refining outreach scripts, managing weekly reviews, and maintaining momentum.
    • Drive full-team accountability for pipeline generation (call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality) with agile tracking and feedback loops.

What You Bring

    • 3–5 years of SDR experience, including time as an SDR Manager or Lead.
    • Strong track record in managing SDR teams with US-market exposure.
    • Hands-on experience developing training content, playbooks, and rollout for SDR excellence.
    • Shift hours, 3-10PM IST, US overlap works too.
