Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize end-to-end revenue operations — across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics.
- Own CRM hygiene and automation along with workflows handling (HubSpot).
- Align cross-functional teams on pipeline visibility, deal stages, and conversion goals.
- Identify gaps in the funnel and unlock opportunities for revenue acceleration.
- Partner with founders, AEs, and marketers to drive GTM efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years in RevOps, SalesOps (startup/SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong experience in CRM management, sales automation tools, and dashboarding.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and simplify complexity.
- Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker + execution doer (you roll up your sleeves when needed).
