Responsibilities:

    • Build and optimize end-to-end revenue operations — across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
    • Design and implement reporting dashboards, forecasting models, and performance metrics.
    • Own CRM hygiene and automation along with workflows handling (HubSpot).
    • Align cross-functional teams on pipeline visibility, deal stages, and conversion goals.
    • Identify gaps in the funnel and unlock opportunities for revenue acceleration.
    • Partner with founders, AEs, and marketers to drive GTM efficiency.

Qualifications:

    • 2–5 years in RevOps, SalesOps (startup/SaaS experience preferred).
    • Strong experience in CRM management, sales automation tools, and dashboarding.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to move fast and simplify complexity.
    • Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic thinker + execution doer (you roll up your sleeves when needed).
