Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple formats, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, social media, email campaigns, and video scripts.
    • Optimize content for SEO, organic reach, and audience engagement.
    • Oversee content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels.
    • Collaborate with design, product, growth, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
    • Manage and grow the company’s blog, newsletter, and social media presence.
    • Leverage analytics tools to track content performance and iterate based on data insights.
    • Lead a team of content creators, freelancers, and agencies to scale content production.
    • Experiment with AI-driven content, thought leadership pieces, and interactive formats to enhance engagement. 

Qualification & Skills:

    • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or digital marketing.
    • Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics.
    • Experience managing content calendars, editorial workflows, and distribution strategies.
    • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), CMS platforms (WordPress), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
    • Ability to lead and mentor a content team while working cross-functionally with other departments.
    • Experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or fast-growing startup is a plus.
