Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple formats, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, social media, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Optimize content for SEO, organic reach, and audience engagement.
- Oversee content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Collaborate with design, product, growth, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s blog, newsletter, and social media presence.
- Leverage analytics tools to track content performance and iterate based on data insights.
- Lead a team of content creators, freelancers, and agencies to scale content production.
- Experiment with AI-driven content, thought leadership pieces, and interactive formats to enhance engagement.
Qualification & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics.
- Experience managing content calendars, editorial workflows, and distribution strategies.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), CMS platforms (WordPress), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Ability to lead and mentor a content team while working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or fast-growing startup is a plus.
