Role Overview

    • GTM Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end go-to-market plan, including positioning, messaging, pricing input, and channel strategy for the U.S. SMB segment.
    • Brand-Led Client Acquisition: Develop and drive a compelling brand strategy to attract inbound interest and increase visibility among ideal client profiles.
    • Lead Generation: Design and execute lead-gen strategies using a mix of paid (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic (SEO, content, partnerships) channels.
    • Growth Experimentation: Set up and run growth experiments to identify scalable acquisition levers. Own conversion funnel metrics and continuously optimize them.
    • CRM & Martech Stack: Leverage tools like HubSpot and others for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.
    • Market Understanding: Build a deep understanding of the U.S. SMB landscape, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to inform marketing and product direction.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure tight alignment on growth goals and execution.
    • Reporting & Insights: Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

    • 3–6 years of experience in B2B startups or consulting firms with a strong growth/marketing focus.
    • Prior experience targeting the U.S. SMB market is strongly preferred.
    • Proven experience in building and executing GTM plans.
    • Hands-on experience with paid and organic acquisition channels.
    • Strong understanding of branding and storytelling for client acquisition.
    • Martech-savvy; experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation tools.
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
    • Self-starter, highly execution-oriented, and comfortable working directly with founders.

Nice to Have:

    • Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one environments.
    • Background in SaaS or professional services.
    • Ability to build and manage small teams or external vendors.
