Data at H1 plays a crucial and foundational role in creating that future! Looking across thousands of data sources across the globe, the data team is responsible for making sense out of that data to create the world’s most extensive and comprehensive knowledge base of healthcare stakeholders and the ecosystem they influence. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for H1’s overall data quality for our Clinical and Medical products. On the Data Source and Management team you will develop skills and knowledge around HCPs and Health Care Organizations (HCOs) and apply your learnings to improve the breadth and depth of our data.

You will: 
- Become an subject matter expert in all components of people data including but not limited to: publications, clinical trials, hospital and university affiliations, society memberships, and conference engagements
- Operate as a data steward to validate and inform our data quality and completeness processes 
- Maintain consistency and integrity of data research
- Understand the external data across regions and gain expertise in the healthcare data landscape
- Drive change through recommending process and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members in the United States and India
- Identify, explain, and evaluate operational and data source problems and propose solutions
- Assess the quality and completeness of regional data sources and inform technologically/strategically-driven data collection efforts

- Proven knowledge of how to plan, coordinate, and conduct a variety of projects involved in the research, collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting of data, decision-making, and program planning 

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management and cross team collaboration required. 
- Relevant experience in research, healthcare, data, or other related fields required ( excluding internship experience)
- Strong secondary research skills, especially scientific literature, and internet searches
- Interest in healthcare, data, problem-solving, and collaboration
- Fluent Korean reading skills and intermediate Korean writing skills 
- Detail-oriented and strong time-management skills
- Knowledge of research methods, data analysis, quality metrics and SQL is a plus. 
- Experience with Jira or other project management software - Desired

COMPENSATION
This role pays $65,000 to $78,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.

Anticipated role close date: 10/20/2025
