Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team works as a fulcrum between marketing and sales, ensuring that we’re educating and generating awareness with our highest value prospects. H1’s BDR team works in person out of our NYC office.


WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
BDRs are most often the first if not the second point of contact with many of our customers, generating sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound lead development and appointment setting. They become experts in the Life Sciences industry and SaaS technology. As our Business Development Manager, you will lead our global BDR team.

- Develop quarterly SDR plans by account, region and rep
- Create and orchestrate monthly SDR campaigns including messaging, and goals in alignment with marketing
- Develop, manage and train our growing global SDR team on core messaging, ICPs, and value selling 
- Aid the SDR team to build predictable pipeline results 
- Constantly improve prospect outreach tactics and messaging
- Work directly with H1’s Marketing & Sales team to maximize marketing spend (i.e., events and content) and campaigns (i.e., social) to meet company objectives. 
- Support SDRs to drive top of funnel pipeline growth by getting the right prospects at the right companies aware of & interested in H1 
- Conduct analysis/maintain dashboard on throughput, outreach effectiveness, conversion and other key elements that signal success or the need for change in approach
- Provide regular performance feedback

REQUIREMENTS
- You have 5+ years of experience leading teams who consistently deliver
- You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS technology and Life Sciences 
- You have experience with CRM, Outreach, Marketing Automation platforms (i.e., SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
- You’re a critical thinker with a growth mindset 
- You have experience working cross functionally to build successful top of funnel activities to drive pipeline growth 
- You’re an expert collaborator and influencer, demonstrated through strong communication and presentation skills

COMPENSATION
This role pays $105,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience, plus variable commission, based on performance, in addition to stock options.
