Hadrian builds software-defined high precision component factories for the top aerospace companies in the world. After a successful customer beta phase, we are substantially scaling our operations to our second factory (based in Torrance) and are in the final stretch of building our core software engineering and product team from whom the future of Hadrian will be built upon. This team will leverage various current and advanced technologies and build custom in house software solutions to help improve, automate and scale the future of manufacturing in the U.S.

We are in search of individuals with the drive to augment manufacturing, helping enable our engineers build complex, yet elegant software as well as the machinists who have a passion to push the trade forward.

We've raised >$200m to achieve this vision, with multiple rounds from Lux Capital, A16Z, Founders Fund, Construct Capital, Caffeinated Capital and more.

As a TA Coordinator at Hadrian, you’ll be a key player in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Your contributions will be vital, encompassing various responsibilities such as managing daily recruiting operations, fostering positive candidate relationships, and enhancing overall candidate experiences. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company’s success for the future, as you often serve as the initial point of contact, providing prospective candidates and new hires with their first impression of Hadrian. 

Collaborating closely with our Talent team, hiring managers, and interviewers, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting dynamic growth or our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of interview scheduling and related logistics. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills ,the ability to adapt quickly, and proactive thinking. Beyond that, you’ll actively contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Your ultimate objective will be to ensure an outstanding candidate experience, making you an invaluable partner in guiding candidates though Hadrian’s interview process. We have ambitious plans to expand our engineering team twofold this year, presenting an exciting prospect for personal and professional development within a dynamic, fast-paced startup. What you’ll do:

    • Schedule & confirm candidate interviews and provide ongoing updates to the candidate interview tracker 
    • Consistently review our job postings are correctly posted online and on social media
    • Manage background checks, offer-letter generation, NDAs and all other logistics for a new-hire
    • Organize travel arrangements and reimbursements for candidates via Ramp
    • Find opportunities for interview process improvement, including identifying bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
    • Prep the conference room, and personally greet candidates in the lobby
    • Give tours of our factory to prospective candidates
    • Assist in orientations for new-hires, and be available in the early days to help them – you will be one of the first faces they see, so they will count on you
    • Support the hiring process from start to finish
    • Receive and keep track of all referrals from co-workers and partner with the referral tracking team on follow up
    • Coordinate and organize scheduling and logistics for the TA team meetings
    • Attend relevant meetings to contribute, capture actions, and ensure appropriate follow-through of action items discussed

What we’re looking for:

    • 2+ years of experience as a TA Coordinator or in Recruiting 
    • Warm and friendly, with the “EQ” and the ability to multitask and make quick, smart decisions on how prioritize competing needs
    • Extremely detail oriented
    • Excellent ability to communicate in writing and in person
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams with a client service focus
    • A self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to our reputation and success
    • Sharp computer skills (Google Suite and Microsoft Office), with knowledge of ATS tools such as Lever and Gem
