Hadrian builds the factories of the future to scale critical production in Space, Defense & Aerospace industries.

We use AI and Robotics to automate and scale factories that are globally cost competitive and future-proof from the dramatic skilled labor shortage that is facing the Advanced Industrial Base.

Our investors include Founders Fund, Lux Capital, a16z and others, and we've raised $200m to date to support our ambitious mission.

The Role

Hadrian works with startups, NeoPrimes, Primes and Tier 1/2s in all markets to cost-down, scale or otherwise enable them to hit production rates on critical programs in Rocketry, Satellites, Munitions, Shipbuilding, Commercial and Military aircraft and other core, mission critical industries.

The ideal candidate will be able to cover both Federal and Enterprise due to the interlocking relationships between government and large NeoPrimes and Primes, but we are willing to interview and team-build around multiple candidates with diverse skill sets.

We are looking for VP level individual contributors (supported by small swat teams) to lead both Federal/Government and Enterprise Sales at Hadrian.

We already have strong relationships with the DOD, Government Entities, and Enterprise customers, and looking for an entrepreneurial, solutions focused seller with technical experience that can take over this responsibility from the CEO and lead all our Enterprise and Federal engagements.

What we're looking for

Federal
- Ability to close and win budget line items and ultimately programs of record
- Experience and ability to work with lobbyists, congress, and DOD
- Existing relationships or strong ability to form relationships with industry partners
- Ability to form teaming agreements with core NeoPrimes or other industry actors to provide and win solutions to government and services

Enterprise
- Ability to work directly with EVP/C-Suite of Primes and NeoPrimes to transform their supply chain and internal manufacturing
- Executive presence
- Ability to solution sell and drive multi-year sales or partnerships with the US largest manufacturers
- Ability to partner with Technical Sales to scope, win, implement large transformative projects at the Enterprise Level
- Ability to act as a trusted partner with C-Suite or EVP level stakeholders, guiding them towards success with an Enterprise Hadrian partnership


Role reports directly to the CEO.

$250,000 - $1,000,000 a year
Salary and Bonus structure will be commensurate with the market, but we are only looking for the best of the best.
