Straight to the point:
We’re looking for a People Ops lead that loves to move fast, build systems and always consider the employee experience. This person needs to be able to work with our current systems, develop new systems, and always push to enhance culture. You’ll balance the small tasks with the large-scale projects and ensure that our execution ensures our mission is achieved. You’ll be tasked with projects that you’ll take from idea to execution then turn them into a process. No day will look the same and work directly with the Director of Business and Finance to tackle projects such as onboarding, semi-remote culture, and blending our factory and office culture. This is a high-impact high visibility role with the ability to hire your team behind you. 

About the Factory team and this role:
Hadrian's automation ensures that we reduce programming time by 90% and machine cycle time by 60%. This is a core cost and lead time driver for Space / Defense manufacturing. Our automation team builds workflows, algorithms and automation components on top of our core CAM platform.
 
Factory 1 and Factory 2 are in Los Angeles, and this is a full time in person role. 

In this role you will

    • Be laser focused on culture and scalable growth
    • Coordinate and run multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously
    • Be given an objective and expected to project management, build consensus, execute, and back fill as necessary.
    • Be obsessed with process/automation and build systems that can be handed off once they’re developed.
    • Have a high degree of autonomy on development and execution of projects.
    • Have a direct impact in building the team behind you

Basic requirements, skills, and experience

    • Can move at Hadrian speed, building process and systems that achieve results and enhance culture and the Employee experience
    • Systems oriented
    • A self-starter
    • Can navigate ambiguity to achieve results without a prescription
    • A persistent desire to foster and improve culture
    • Process oriented and know how to build systems that are automated or easy for someone else to pick up
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Have A++ work ethic and are an incredible team player ("not my job" is not part of your vocabulary)

Preferred skills + experience (you don't have to possess these to be a great fit

    • Prior people ops experience in a high growth startup
    • A strong pulse on culture and a desire to Constantly improving the Hadrian experience
    • Interest in next generation manufacturing and alignment with the Hadrian Mission
