Have you thought about a career in Plumbing, but were worried you didn't have enough knowledge or experience to be considered? You no longer need to have that concern to start a career in Plumbing with Haller Enterprises!

We love when we can grow our team and train new people for our Plumbing department, specifically in Drain Cleaning. That's why we are offering the Drain Cleaning Field Ready Program at HallerU. The Field Ready Program takes individuals with little or no experience and gets them trained in the basics of their trade so they can get started working in the field.

Those hired at Haller Enterprises and approved for the HallerU Field Ready Program will spend their first couple of weeks of employment at our training facility, learning about the trade full-time from an experienced instructor. When the course finishes you'll be able to transition right into our drain cleaning department.

Work Hours
Class hours will be Monday-Friday, about 7-8 hours a day
Exact class schedule will vary based on course schedule, field observation, special projects, etc.

Education, Training or Certification
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Skills and Experience
Basic verbal and written skills
Ability to learn and use new technologies

Responsibilities

    • Demonstration of safe equipment handling and operation
    • Follow the HallerU Code of Conduct
    • Complete coursework as assigned and within assignment deadlines
    • Represent themselves and Haller Enterprises/HallerU with professionalism

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
