Hallow is looking for a full-time International Growth Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing and matrixed to our Head of International, you’ll work closely with our Marketing and International teams to implement market-specific growth initiatives, from viral organic product-led growth to performance marketing. In this role, you’ll manage marketing contractors in our international markets to ensure we are hitting our growth goals in each area and market.

What You'll Do:

    • Build a world class international growth team: You’ll be working across every non-English speaking market that Hallow is in currently and into which Hallow plans to expand. You’re not expected to know every language (bilingual is a plus), but you’ll be tasked with building a strong and reliable team of international contractors in each language to manage marketing channels including: Social, Paid, LCM, and Influencers.
    • Roadmap planning: Work with the international team to plan, build, and execute an international growth roadmap across all growth axes and every international (non-English) language at Hallow. 
    • Drive better customer acquisition: A main focus of this role will be improving all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to payment to retention. Your work will span the entire funnel, and you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize our customer acquisition, with the product and data teams to maximize our onboarding success, and with the content and marketing teams to maximize our customer retention.   
    • Oversee our international LCM: You’ll be working directly with our Marketing team to boost activation and acquisition, with Content for copywriting and launches, and with Product to boost retention across lifecycle marketing channels. In this role you’ll lead email, push, SMS, and landing page marketing with contractors in different languages.
    • A/B Testing & Analytics: To be successful in your role, you’ll need be data-driven and analytically focused. You’ll be continuously running and overseeing the tests of new creative, copy, strategies, channels, sequences, and funnels in order to move the needle across our core metrics.

What We're Looking For:

    • Passion: First & foremost, we’re looking for someone excited about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun :)
    • LCM Experience: The key here is having a firm grasp and expertise on email. The ability to show and prove that you can and have built and scaled core metrics (sales, downloads, etc.) through email (marketing & transactional) will be an incredibly important part of your interview process. A big plus is to have experience in cross-channel management from push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, and landing pages.
    • Technical Experience: Analytics (Product Analytics, LCM Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B Testing, Excel)  and being able to quickly and efficiently make decisions off of data will be a huge part of your role. 
    • Grit & detail-oriented: We really care about what we’re doing & try to build as fast as we can. Everything we do, say, send, or spend money on should be top-notch quality and set Hallow apart as the best.
    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in growth or marketing is a must - we are looking for someone who has helped grow products at other companies and is comfortable designing and executing on the tests that drive such growth. Quantitative & problem solving experience (e.g., consulting) is a nice-to-have. Experience in a Scrum environment and Jira is a plus; attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and leadership is essential.
    • Language: Bonus if you speak Portuguese and/or Spanish; we also operate in Polish and Filipino, with plans to expand to French, German, and Italian.
