The Personal Shopper is responsible for acquiring, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with our Hanna customers. They are trusted consultants for each customer, who communicate with new and long-term Hanna customers offering advice and knowledge of the best products to purchase for their needs. The Personal Shopper has advanced knowledge of Hanna products (inclusive of fabrics and sizing), trends, and services. Personal Shoppers process orders and create a memorable and personalized customer experience. The Personal Shopper must be creative, organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Educates self and customer on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services.
- Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.
- Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences.
- Cultivates the customer relationship through personalized connection.
- Acquires and builds customer base primarily through forming relationships with new customers and retaining/building existing customers.
- Ability to strategize own business and be self-motivated; takes initiative to increase productivity through suggestive selling and strong customer relationships.
- Utilizes selling tools and technology to sell across all channels effectively.
- Achieves personal and business sales goals.
- Partners with others when needed to provide the best customer experience.
- Actively creates a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintains positive working relationships throughout the company.
- Plan timely and appropriate feedback/follow-up with Manager as requested.
- Actively embraces Hanna’s spirit of “we’re in this together” and never uttering the words “…that’s not my job.”
What you'll bring:
- Minimum four (4) years of demonstrable experience as a personal shopper, stylist, or as a retail employee or manager.
- Experience in customer service –oriented roles with proven ability to sell product and services.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, keeping up with trends and a knack for styling children's clothing
- Attentive to clients' interests, requests, and boundaries.
- Ability to curate collections that are appropriate for everyday, leisure, and special events.
- Familiar with and able to use mobile technologies.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of word processing, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail, and internet software.
- Demonstrated fluency in the English language.
$20 - $20 an hour

This listed base salary range is a good faith representation of the base salary range for this position. However, location, unique skills and/or exceptional experience may result in an offer outside of the stated range.
