What You'll Be Doing?

    • Help to provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
    • Help coordinate campaign bookings with our sales and marketing teams to ensure on time execution
    • Help to communicate campaign performance and media channels to all relate departments and clients
    • Monitor media channels according to schedule 
    • Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts

Who Are We Looking For?

    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, PR, Business Communication, Corporate Communication or other relevant fields
    • 1 year experience in Public Relations, Advertising or other relevant working experiences
    • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
    • Work well under pressure and target oriented
    • Self driven and motivated with a positive attitude
    • Numerate and analytical thinking with the ability to apply these skills in a marketing context
    • Organisation, flexibility and the ability to prioritise and manage diverse activities simultaneously
    • Attention to detail and quality control
    • Innovative and creative mindset
    • Computer literate; MS Office especially Excel, Internet, E-mail
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
