What you'll be doing?

    • Supports maintenance & growth of fleet headcount
    • Implementation of SOP to optimise flow
    • Manage fleet trainers & fleet recruitment team
    • Oversee company and fleet assets
    • Capacity planning & forecast
    • Compliance to governance for fleet & logistics matters
    • Assist in ensuring smooth execution and implementation of new products and system for fleet
    • Manage fleet-related matters from fleet's life-cycle with HappyFresh (included but not limited to: well-being, quality tools, payment details & competitiveness)
    • Identify and investigate trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve HappyFresh's Operations strategy
    • Understand Operations goals and KPIs and be able to align reports, insights and strategic plans based on them
    • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
    • Identify and track opportunities based on user, fleet behaviour analysis and business requirement to drive value and conversion
    • Coordinate and support team members and other stakeholders to improve and, or resolve matters relating to Operations
    • Develop and maintain lines of communication while assisting in problem-solving issues
    • Exercise discretion in resolving complaints, grievances and concerns as those are brought to their attention
    • Ensure compliance to all regulations and policies required for full order cycle
    • Establish and implement plans and strategies for achieving objectives and goals
    • Other duties as deemed necessary as assigned by Management from time to time

Who are we looking for?

    • Broad experience in logistics/ operations matter
    • Possess 3-5 years experience in managing a team/ experience working at a management level
    • Excellent IT literacy skills in Microsoft skills, in particular Excel
    • Articulate and possess excellent oral and written communication
    • Strong command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Strong organisational skills and agile to react to suit operational support requirements, to be able to organise time effectively and prioritise tasks to cope with fluctuating workloads. Be able to demonstrate a record of planning and managing work flows
    • Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and their impact
    • High level of accuracy in checking & processing information
    • Able to work on own initiative, make effective decisions and as also work as part of a team
    • Possess strong quantitative & analytical skills to effectively assess the data they collect for actionable executions/ improvements
    • A track record of business process improvement
    • Experience in scheduling and forecasting
    • Experience in managing cross-team projects to completion
    • Has experience working with gig-workers/ drivers/ riders/ shoppers will be added bonus
