What you'll be doing

    • Responsible for receiving incidents and requests from customer service team / internal user with related to end-users
    • Responding to customer service team / internal user with a solution or escalating it to the other tech teams
    • Response and record production incidents
    • Early investigation or analysis of production error
    • Scheduled on-call for 24 hours rotation
    • Actively working and communicating with tech and other teams in HQ

What we are looking for

    • BA/BS in any fields 
    • 2 years of Experiences with related position 
    • Experiences to make a good report using docs or excel 
    • Medium level in Linux scripting 
    • Beginner level in any programming language 
    • Good communication skill, both oral and writing in English and Thai
    • Deep understanding in IT / tech reporting process
