What will you be doing?

    • Communicate with our valued customers via various channels (i.e. calls, emails, social media, etc)
    • Handle inquiries from HappyFresh shoppers and riders

Who are we looking for?

    • Good communication skills (calls + email)
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Able to work in shifting schedule including weekends and public holidays
    • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
    • Willing to work in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur
