What You'll Be Doing?

    • Responsible for receiving incidents and requests from customer service team / internal user with related to end-users
    • Responding to customer service team / internal user with a solution or escalating it to the other tech teams
    • Record and respond to production incidents
    • Early investigation or analysis of production error
    • Scheduled on-call for 24 hours rotation
    • Actively working and communicating with tech and other teams in HQ

Who Are We Looking For?

    • BA/BS in any fields 
    • At least 2 years of experiences with related position 
    • Experienced in producing a good report using docs or excel 
    • Medium level in Linux scripting 
    • Beginner level in any programming language
    • Preferred experience in these programming languages : Ruby, Go, Java, React JavaScript
    •  Good communication skill, both oral and writing 
    •  Deep understanding in IT / tech reporting process
    • Flexible with the on-call rotations
    • Flexible to work after working hours when needed
