To assist in achievement of the company’s strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Hiller Plumbing Heating Cooling and Electrical (the Company) vision, mission, purpose, and values.

Responsibilities:
• Create a care culture.
• Create a positive experience for customers and team members.
• Manage and maintain reporting platforms, including creating and updating complex dashboards and reports, integrating data from a variety of sources, and training users on best practices.
• Implement data quality management best practices to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization.
• Develop policies and collaborate with the Process Control Manager to develop procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
• As subject matter expert, analyze financial and operating data in partnership with Finance team
o audit, report and advise on branch office operations against Hiller best practices.
o Develop and maintain Company dashboards highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
o Produce branch, district and companywide performance reports
• Work with various stakeholders to interpret business needs, document requirements and manage schedule of deliverables.
• Confer with leadership teams to ensure performance according to Hiller standards
• Monitor and manage business system data interfaces, files, integrity, security with multiple data sources, data models, reports, interactive visualizations, and dashboards, while ensuring best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and correct any issues that may arise.
• Stay up to date on the latest features and functionality of the reporting platforms.
• Explore the data and discover patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies, and trends.
• Design and deliver end-user training and training materials relative to BI solutions.
• Other projects, duties and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Five to Seven years of Business Intelligence experience with an emphasis on analytical and / or reporting and visualization tools.
• Minor / background in Finance or Accounting a plus.
• Experience in business operations and workflow automation a plus.
• A determined, detail-oriented individual who is highly analytical, and a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret the user requirements as well as think “out of the box" when addressing the Company’s reporting needs.
• Ability to engage in active dialogue with enterprise stakeholders and data providers.
• Self-starter who can work independently, establish priorities and be a strong team player.
• Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment.
• Versatile, engaged, a self-starter, and analytically driven.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization
• Demonstrated experience in analysis, design, development, and deployment using various data / reporting from ERP platforms such as Service Titan
• Knowledge of data integration and data integrity issues and solutions.
• A sound understanding and experience with demonstrated proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Experience recognizing business problems and developing solutions.
• Experience working with large data sets and relational databases.
• Ability to grasp the strategic vision of the Company.
• Communication skills to effectively interface with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new product functionality.
• Some travel required. Nashville based.

Physical Requirements:
• Concentrate for extended periods of time to read, interpret, and compute figures as well as draft correspondence.
• Visual acuity to read paperwork and computer monitors.
• Communicate with coworkers, suppliers, vendors, customers, and visitors in a respectful, polite, and friendly manner while being dedicated to independent audit principles, personal integrity and loyalty to supervisors and Company.
