Responsibilities:
·  Create a care culture.
·  Create a positive experience for our team members.
·  Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
·  Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
·  Maintain extensive knowledge of sites to source and recruit candidates such as databases, social media sites etc.
·  Responsible for all internal and external job postings that build the company’s applicant pool.
·  Maintain and manage applicant tracking system and regular follow-up with all candidates through phone, email, or letter.
·  Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
·  Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
·  Conduct initial phone interview with candidates to assess quality, rigor and fit of the entire company culture.
·  Initiate HRIS onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring all compliance tasks are completed.
·  Assist with providing educational support to hiring managers on interviewing best practices to ensure compliance to applicable employment laws.
·  Explore new recruiting sources, job boards, job fairs, and networks to assist in growing the company’s candidate pool.
·  Be a subject matter expert in your area of recruitment through knowledge of market data and strong understanding of Hiller.
·  Contribute to social media efforts and positively promote Hiller’s brand.
·  Develop standardized fulfillment and ad-hoc reports for weekly, monthly, or quarterly updates.
·  Manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity and reporting.
·  Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience.
·  Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
·  Regularly spends long hours sitting and using office equipment (80% of the time).
·  Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds.
·  Have good visual acuity.
·  Occasionally bend or reach to maintain files.

Position Specific Standards:
·  Maintain confidentially on all private, sensitive, and proprietary business issues and concerns.
·  Willing to continue training for personal growth.
·  Ability to manage private, sensitive, and confidential information appropriately.
Position Requirements:
·  2-years recruiting, and sourcing experience preferred.
·  Minimum1-year sales experience preferred.
·  Excellent people skills with good negotiation tactics.
·  Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
·  Familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
·  Proficient with the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
