To achieve this, harrison.ai is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to foster a learning culture across harrison.ai and its joint ventures, annalise.ai and franklin.ai. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will be responsible for developing and facilitating engaging and impactful training programs that leverage internal experts where possible. You will be responsible for our e-learning platform, ELMO, building content that is relevant and accelerates learning across the business. You will also collaborate with the Head of Organisational Development on special projects such as building out a Career Development Framework and supporting internal mobility.    

What you'll do:

    • Evaluate individual and organisational learning needs and build tailored solutions for them; 
    • Facilitate engaging workshops and trainings that unlock the peoples’ and teams’ potential; 
    • Evolve regulatory and quality assurance trainings on e-learning platform (ELMO); 
    • Leverage e-learning platform (ELMO) to be best utilised across the business; 
    • Design for different learning styles focusing on outcomes and impact; 
    • Partner with internal experts to create training content to be used across HAI and its ventures; 
    • Create and/or organise trainings that support employee growth and development leveraging external providers when appropriate; 
    • Support special projects – career development framework, internal mobility, etc;  
    • Keeping across the latest innovations, tools and approaches across the L&D space; and 
    • Comply with all company policies, procedures and guidelines including those relating to information security. 

What we're looking for:

    • Experience building learning programs and content from scratch; 
    • Versatile workshop facilitation skills and able to engage a room either remote or in-person; 
    • Ability to think creatively and develop new approaches to problems; 
    • Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and working in a dynamic scale-up environment; 
    • Wonderful communication skills, both written and verbal; and 
    • Collaborative work style, involving the right stakeholders at the right time.  

Nice to have:

    • Experience using ELMO or similar e-learning platforms; 
    • Experience producing video content; and/or 
    • Previous project management experience.
