The Role
As a member of our team, your role will involve designing tools and features that provide a foundation for brands and creators to collaborate effectively. You will be working alongside a team that is shaping the future of #paid, and exploring strategies for scaling the platform to accommodate a wide range of use cases.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for producing end-to-end, holistic user experiences and engineering-ready design deliverables. You must maintain a high bar of visual quality, ensuring your work is easy for users to understand. You will collaborate with the product team to shape the future of the Creator Economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization, exploration, and user validation to ground ideas in user needs
- Measure impact, share learnings, and iterate to continuously improve outcomes
- Design mobile-first experiences that unlock new opportunities for brands and creators
- Influence product strategy by framing design opportunities, advocating for user needs, and aligning direction with business goals
- Collaborate closely with developers to deliver polished experiences that are reusable and efficient
- Partner with cross-functional teams to raise the overall quality bar and ensure solutions work across the broader ecosystem
- Contribute to and shape the design team’s culture, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence
- Maintain and evolve the Design System in partnership with developers
- Strengthen #paid’s design foundation by creating frameworks and practices that enable consistency and scale
You're perfect for the role if
- You have experience leading large, high-impact projects in fast-paced environments with significant technical and design debt
- You have 5+ years of experience as a product designer building and shipping applications or software with a high degree of complexity
- You can clearly and persuasively articulate your design rationale to senior leadership
- You think in systems and understand how to design solutions that extend across the broader user journey
- You are comfortable designing within constraints while still advocating for the ideal state
- You have a deep understanding of responsive design best practices and the software development lifecycle, and you design confidently from first principles
- You have strong visual design skills with an aesthetic sensibility that prioritizes function while delivering delight
- You balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives to make thoughtful trade-offs
- You help elevate team practices, processes, and standards to advance design maturity across the organization
