Haul is building a labor marketplace that provides trucking companies in the US with a pool of vetted, on-demand truck drivers to operate their trucks.
Founded by Uber alumni and venture backed, Haul is looking to rethink the employment model of 3.5 million trucker drivers and support a $800 billion trucking industry in the United States.
Haul maintains office hubs in the Bay Area and Denver, CO.
We’re looking for a head of growth to take Haul’s current driver acquisition to the next level as we expand Haul’s footprint in existing markets and launch new ones. You’ll leverage existing channels and experiment with new ones to create a healthy supply of new applicants, while tracking candidate quality through the funnel.
You’ve led growth at a hyper growth startup and are familiar with balancing speed of execution with operational discipline with a data-first approach. You can roll up your sleeves to write copy for a/b tests and design experiments, and you’re able to present data to stakeholders to support resource allocation decisions for your team.
-Bring in new drivers to the top of the funnel, work with operations and sales to forecast upcoming needs and deliver on them
-Build a playbook on building driver supply for new market launches
-Deep dive on acquisition strategies, including social media, paid search, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, brand ambassadors, and referrals
-Build nurture campaigns to re-engage drivers who’ve become inactive at different stages of the driver lifecycle
-Build out reporting on channel performance, manage budget and ROAS
What you have
-Experience in startups (3-5 years), with a track record in growing top of funnel users and in running nurture campaigns
-Strong data chops Experience setting up and managing CRMs
-Nice to have: experience managing and building teams
