About the Position:
Haul is looking to bring on a Driver Activation Manager to lead our driver activation team.

The primary responsibility of this critical staff member is to provide support to both our drivers and fleets. The position is remote for the time being, but will eventually work out of our Denver, CO office. Below is a preview of this position’s responsibilities:

Direct supply side market expansion strategy, execution, and strategic customer launches while optimizing for key revenue and quality KPIs
Built and maintained market segmented P&L to enhance visibility into market profitability and drive compliance.
Supervise off-shore team operations specialists and provide tools, processes and policies to enable execution of daily tasks while scaling for market expansions
Establish and iterate on driver programs and policies to incentivize quality performance within allocated budget
Develop playbooks and levers to drive driver utilization and retention
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design enhancements to user the facing app, job ranking algorithm, and internal tools to streamline information sharing and user outreach
Leverage and iterate on existing tools and processes to build frameworks for operational teams to allow for maximum revenue growth

Qualifications:
Proficiency with Apple Mac OS and Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, triaging issues and determining when escalation is necessary
Ability to learn new technologies quickly, and help refine those technologies through thoughtful feedback
Strong data analytical skills
Preferred Experience:- Related industry experience (2-4 years)
Bachelor’s degree

Having launched during Covid, once it is safe to return to an office, Haul will support a "hybrid" scheduling model, under which certain employees would work in the company's offices for at least three days per week and at home or elsewhere for the rest of the week
