What You'll Do
Haus has incredible product-market fit, and we’re growing quickly. We’re looking to further accelerate our growth by bringing on a world-class Head of Demand Generation to own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution and drive pipeline.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving demand in a mix of high-scale and startup environments, and brings together analytical skills, creativity, and a strong bias to action.

Responsibilities:

    • Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that span content / thought leadership, email, inbound and outbound sales activations, paid digital, events, and others
    • Identify and execute on initiatives that optimize for pipeline progression and conversion
    • Build a marketing measurement foundation to track leading indicators, prospect touch points, and KPIs throughout the funnel
    • Identify and implement marketing automation tools to scale and drive efficiencies of marketing activities
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product & customer marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute growth

Qualifications

    • 7+ years of work experience, and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth at B2B SaaS companies selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
    • Expertise in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools

    • You’re an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

$140,000 - $200,000 a year
Salary ranges are determined by role and level, and within the range individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
