As a Regional Sales and Leasing Agent, you will own the entirety of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, marketing the available homes, maintaining a positive presentation of the homes, and managing the closings of the homes. This position may support local Sales and Leasing Agents in any task in the sales process, including supporting administrative or strategic elements of selling homes.The time allocation mentioned below may vary depending on the community’s needs. As a regional role, time and travel will be required to assign communities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Leasing (~40% of time)
- Tour potential residents through homes that best fit their needs
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure the community is maintaining pipeline conversion metrics
- Present and maintain the image of Havenpark while selling and leasing homes
- Organize closings, including the completion and submission of all closing documents
- Ensure all sales and leasing practices are completed in compliance with Havenpark policies, state regulations, and Fair Housing Standards
- Manage inventory and all sales and leasing processes for all assigned communities
- Marketing (~40% of time)
- Manage all marketing and advertising events, to attract potential residents
- Evaluate marketing efforts and adapt to ensure success in occupying vacant inventory
- Complete market surveys regularly to research competitor home pricing and incentives
- Organize and execute community events with the goal of marketing and filling homes
- Resident Relations (~20% of time)
- Cultivate resident satisfaction within your community
- Execute successful follow-up of recent resident move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction
Other Essential Functions
- As assigned, support sales and leasing agents within a region at all points in the sales process, including administrative tasks as needed or assigned
- Regularly travel to assigned communities within a region. Maintain relationships with staff and residents. Travel is ~75% of time.
- Organize and communicate sales pipelines, barriers, and status updates to leadership
Qualifications
- Education:You have a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience:You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.
- Physical Demands:You can spend long hours sitting while using office equipment, such as computers. This position will also require walking within the community and the lifting of materials and supplies from time to time.
- Skills:You are a team player with excellent verbal and written skills. You are self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver.
