As a Revenue Analyst, you'll play a critical role in providing support to the Director of Revenue and to our communities as we increase revenue throughout the company. In this position, you will assist in creating and implementing new programs that will provide additional revenue within our communities. You will create and manage reporting that will aid all teams in making business decisions, and allows the Revenue team to find revenue opportunities. You will also help our field teams with utility billing questions and technical support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help identify, research, and implement revenue-producing programs as directed by the Director of Revenue
- Oversee and implement all rent and fee increases, including the distribution of the legal notices associated with those increases
- Assist in conducting market analysis for rent increases and other fees
- Analyze all utility billing data and create reporting for the Director of Revenue and the appropriate field team members
- Assist Community Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and other field team members by troubleshooting utility billing issues
- Assist with community fee revenue analysis
- Manage revenue streams as directed by Director of Revenue
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technologically proficient with MS Office software products and able to learn new programs with ease
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time-management skills
- Team-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year of property management experience is a plus
