Havenpark is looking for a high caliber, committed AP Associate to join our Accounting team! Our AP Associates work with vendors across different industries to process invoices, ensure accurate records of all payment activities, and identify, escalate, and resolve any issues that come up.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Maintain records of all AP/AR files
- General accounting support
- Communicate issues in a timely manner to asset managers and other accounting teams
- Assist in reviewing expense reports and ensuring that expense items are properly classified
- Reconcile monthly collected income recorded to cash receipts posted to bank statements
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in tenant ledgers
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Accounting, data entry, and general math skills
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Manage America, Coupa, and Divvy is preferred
