Hybrid Work
HCVT currently offers a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. When working remotely, employees are expected to meet the same performance standards, adhere to the same policies, and maintain the same level of communication, collaboration, and responsiveness as working in the office. The opportunity to work for HCVT International LLC in Armenia would mean getting to work with a diverse group of people. Importantly, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our US employees and US clientele.

Work hours will match working hours in the U.S. [13:00-22:00, dinner break (one hour between 17:00-18:00)] The working hours can be flexible during the day, but you will work with your US team to ensure some of your work hours overlaps with your US team’s schedule.  


As a Staff in our Audit service line, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Participates in pre-audit planning of engagements
    • Conducts external audit tests to support an audit opinion
    • Prepares financial statement reports
    • Performs analytical reviews of various account balances and prepares supporting documentation
    • Work on Merger and Acquisition (M&A) engagements as needed
    • Work on Client Accounting Services (CAS) engagements as needed
    • Performs technical research as needed
    • Works with other members of a team on a variety of engagements
    • Effectively communicates with all levels of the engagement team and client personnel (i.e., job status and budget)
    • Develops strong relationships with firm and client personnel
    • Maintains a strong client focus, be responsive to supervisor’s and client requests, and develop a good working relationship with team members as well as client personnel

To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:

    • Degree in accounting, finance, or other related majors
    • Some accounting work experience preferred but not required
    • Be eligible to sit for the ACCA exams
    • Basic knowledge of internal accounting controls and professional standards and regulations (i.e., GAAP, GAAS, etc.)
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities, tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to understand technology/software easily
    • Ability to work overtime as needed
