Responsibilities - Content Creation

    • Craft attention-grabbing headlines, captions, emailers, and ad copy that drive conversions and engagement.
    • Write compelling scripts for video content, including explainer videos, ads, and testimonials.
    • Develop in-app content that articulates value propositions clearly and persuasively.

Strategic Involvement

    • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to understand objectives and create copy that aligns with brand tone and strategy.
    • Optimize content based on performance analytics and A/B testing insights.

Brand Stewardship

    • Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice and tone.

Editorial Oversight

    • Create error-free copy that converts.
    • Consistently work on improving CTRs through innovation.

Research and Innovation

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to keep content fresh and innovative.

Qualifications

    • Must have at least 2+ years of experience in crafting creative and CRM communication for various audiences. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus, not mandatory.
    • Should be proficient in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi or Gujrati languages is a plus.
    • Must be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.
    • Have the ability to understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Should work well in a team and with a range of creative people.
    • Must work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
    • Must be highly self-motivated and well organised.
    • Have the ability to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback.
    • Must have an eye for detail.
