About the Role

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Retention and Loyalty to join our marketing team. In this role, you will drive CRM campaign operations, manage vendor relationships, and support marketing technology (martech) platform needs. You will also play a key role in optimizing retention initiatives and identifying new channels for customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in campaign operations, CRM tools, and marketing analytics to grow into a strategic martech and performance planning role.

Key Responsibilities

    • Execute and optimize retention and loyalty campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Email.
    • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
    • Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance and integrate martech platforms.
    • Support testing, evaluation, and onboarding of new marketing channels.
    • Analyze campaign data to drive insights and performance improvements.

Must Have Skills

    • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, WebEngage, HubSpot).
    • Proven track record in executing SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Email campaigns.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign analysis and reporting.
    • Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and budget tracking.

Good-to-Have Skills

    • Understanding of platform integrations and martech ecosystems.
    • Business analysis skills to gather and translate marketing requirements.
    • Experience in vendor onboarding and management.
