We are looking for two (2) Full-Desk Sales Recruiters to join our team at Head Hunters RPO!

This is a primarily a Sales job. Your job will be to work with both clients and candidates to drive recruiting projects forward and make successful placements. You will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, signing new clients, and managing your client accounts. You will also be responsible for recruiting candidates for your open opportunities.

Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify and engage good-fit potential clients.
    • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities with existing client accounts.
    • Recruiting: Manage your talent pipeline by sourcing and recruiting active and passive candidates to fulfill client needs.
    • Activity Metrics: Hit clearly defined call, meeting, and proposal metrics.

Skills

    • Sales and Business Development: 1+ years of telephone sales (cold calling) experience preferred.
    • Coachable: Must be willing to learn and execute new skills and processes.
    • Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills to balance both sales and recruiting responsibilities.
    • Team Player: We're looking for selfless, hard-working individuals who want to see the people around them winning.
$30,000 - $100,000 a year
Compensation
Minimum On Target Earnings (OTE) for the position is $80,000+. The compensation package includes an annual base salary of $30,000 plus a tiered commission structure starting at 25% that scales up as high as 40% upon hitting performance benchmarks. Successful reps can make well over $100,000+.

You will work in person at our office in Ybor City. Our working hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer our employees 3 weeks paid time off per year, as well as paid time off for company holidays.
