HealthVerity is seeking a passionate, innovative and metric-minded Marketing Automation Manager to own our enterprise and engagement initiatives across demand gen channels. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment focused on driving brand awareness, creating behavioral change and increasing audience engagement for all of our digital and client-facing content. The role requires experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Monday and managing client outreach programs from planning to execution. 

What you’ll do

    • Own demand generation, including design, development, testing, launch, reporting and maintenance of digital outreach, social media, website analytics and webinars
    • Work closely with the Sales Operations team to manage Salesforce / HubSpot
    • Integration ensuring accurate reporting, lead-to-deal tracking and database cleanliness
    • Take the initiative to create and manage client role-based workflows to nurture leads and customers
    • Build and maintain key reporting metrics to better understand the impact of marketing campaigns on client conversion while recommending key improvements
    • Monitor ongoing email performance, deliverability and overall account reputation to ensure our emails are reaching the intended audience
    • Work closely with Product, Marketing and other internal teams to build and refine customer journeys for differentiated target segments
    • Stay up to date on email and demand-gen best practices to develop clear recommendations on how to improve response rates and overall engagement
    • Manage trade show activity to assist with sales interactions

Required skills and experience

    • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in B2B marketing, communications or similar area
    • Healthcare / Life sciences industry experience strongly preferred
    • 3+ years experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
    • Hands-on experience building and optimizing campaign/program effectiveness using data
    • Strong writing and communications skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Love of testing and problem solving with a  fast-paced trial and error mentality 
    • Proven abilities in project management and meeting deadlines
$70,000 - $115,000 a year
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience + annual bonus opportunity.
