Join Heard as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help us connect mental health professionals with resources to grow their practices! If you thrive in a high-energy, mission-driven environment and love meaningful outreach work, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

    • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, texts, emails) to prospective customers, with a focus on therapists and wellness professionals.
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, gather information, and uncover fit for Heard’s platform.
    • Book and confirm consultation meetings, making sure prospects have all they need to get value from a consult.
    • Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM and ensure a clean sales pipeline.
    • Proactively follow up with prospects within tight timelines (first outreach within 1–2 hours of lead receipt).
    • Partner closely with Account Executives and other team members to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless experience.
    • Consistently achieve or beat activity and booking targets, and help the team hit monthly and quarterly goals.
    • Bring insights and ideas to the team—your voice matters!

What Success Looks Like

    • About 90+ high-quality touches daily (calls, texts, emails).
    • Consistently high consult booking and show rates.
    • Accurate, detailed lead qualification and data entry.
    • Willingness to try new approaches and embrace feedback.

You'll Excel If You...

    • Have 1+ year experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a similar outbound/sales role (healthtech or SaaS preferred, but not required).
    • Thrive on high energy, targets, and making a real difference.
    • Are proactive, organized, and resourceful—you’re the one your team can depend on.
    • Communicate well in writing, on the phone, and across teams.
    • Learn new systems quickly (we use HubSpot, SalesMsg, and other modern tools).

Compensation

    • Base: $30,000
    • OTE - $60,000
    • Commission: 50/50
