Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital acquisition efforts at Heard. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, design and execute conversion rate optimization experiments, and drive innovative acquisition marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in ad platforms, capable of crafting and optimizing high-performance marketing campaigns that fuel our sales funnel. Your strong background in driving acquisition through Paid Search & Social will be essential, as will your ability to hypothesize and test new ways to reach therapists and bring qualified leads into our pipeline.

Your scope will extend beyond digital, potentially overseeing channels such as Direct Mail, Email, and Audio, as we explore every avenue to connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead our performance marketing strategy, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and landing page optimization. Manage and optimize paid media budgets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Provide in-depth campaign performance analysis and develop actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to develop and implement data-driven paid marketing strategies targeting therapists within our ideal customer profile.
    • Spearhead A/B testing initiatives, leveraging user data to optimize the entire customer journey.
    • Pioneer innovative acquisition channels beyond traditional performance marketing, including direct mail and email marketing.
    • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across the marketing team and broader organization.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies, integrating various channels to maximize reach and conversion.
    • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, continuously adapting our approach to leverage new technologies and platforms.

Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role with experience managing paid search and social campaigns
    • Demonstrated success in designing and executing growth experiments, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results
    • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Experience in the SaaS industry
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

$110,000 - $140,000 a year

Compensation is variable and is subject to a candidate’s personal qualifications and expectations. We offer the following base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
