Role Overview
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll partner with the Head of Marketing to lead and define our growth strategy, playing a pivotal role in scaling our therapist base and revenue. This is more than just numbers – it's about fulfilling our mission of empowering therapists across the US.

You'll own the testing and optimization of channels including paid advertising (PPC), social media, direct mail, and email marketing, ensuring a seamless therapist journey from discovery to sign-up. Your work directly impacts therapists' experience with Heard and their ability to serve clients better.  By constantly testing new approaches and championing innovative growth opportunities based on data and insights, you'll be a key driver of Herad's success.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a data-driven growth plan, overseeing paid marketing channels (PPC, social media), direct mail, and more. You'll identify opportunities for experimentation across our funnel to optimize customer acquisition and growth
    • Analyze data and identify new channels or tactics with high growth potential. Build a strong business case, craft hypotheses, and develop test plans to validate your ideas
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create integrated marketing campaigns and to support new product launches across paid, our website, content, email, and events. Ensure all initiatives align with our business objectives
    • Craft clear and concise reports to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders. Analyze results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving data-informed decision-making
    • Own our email marketing strategy and develop an experiment roadmap and segmented email campaigns. Be a content creation champion, regularly testing and generating fresh email content to engage our audience

Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and growth
    • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels and tactics (paid marketing, email marketing are most important)
    • Experience with owning, running, and analyzing growth experiments
    • Excellent analytical skills with a strong command of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms
    • Experience with A/B testing tools
    • Passion for our industry

Compensation is variable and is subject to a candidate’s personal qualifications and expectations. For candidates based in the SF Bay Area we offer the following base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
