Role Overview

We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to execute our digital acquisition efforts at Heard. In this role, you'll lead Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, design and execute conversion rate optimization experiments, and stretch into net new acquisition marketing initiatives.

Your scope will extend beyond digital, potentially overseeing channels such as Direct Mail, Email, and Audio, as we explore every avenue to connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead and execute our growth marketing strategy, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and landing page optimization. Manage and optimize paid media budgets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Effective development of end-to-end marketing campaign development and effective management of project timeline, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement data-driven paid marketing strategies targeting therapists within our ideal customer profile.
    • Optimize funnels and conversion rates across top of the funnel (landing pages) to middle of the funnel (lead to SQL conversion)
    • Identify, validate, and optimize new channels for growth this could include: Direct Mail, Podcast, Video Advertising, Affiliate marketing

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with experience managing paid search and social campaigns, and bonus for non-traditional acquisition levers: direct mail, podcast, affiliates, etc.
    • Understanding of marketing landscape, including stacks, processes, and tools
    • Understanding of metrics important for growth (Active %, CAC, LTV, ROI)
    • Creative: Strategic approach to problem-solving, design, and campaign development
    • Data-driven: Knack for analyzing results, extracting insights, and making strong hypotheses
    • Experimental: Understanding of multivariate tests and variables to use in tests
    • Organized: Can manage multiple moving targets at the same time
    • Bias for action: Self-driven and get things done in an entrepreneurial fashion

Compensation is variable and is subject to a candidate’s personal qualifications and expectations. We offer the following base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
