Heartbeat Health is seeking a motivated, sharp, and adaptable Business Operations Associate to join its Operations team. The Business Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the growth and delivery of Heartbeat Health’s clinical programs, both live and prospective – including with a brand new product that Heartbeat is in the process of launching.

The Business Operations Associate role is cross-functional. You’ll help build and manage a national partner network that serves as the operational backbone for these programs. You’ll contribute to client-facing work across the customer lifecycle: sales, onboarding, implementation, and customer success. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape how cardiology is delivered at scale.

What You’ll Do:

    • Help to build and manage the day-to-day operations of a partner network across multiple states and partners
    • Identify, engage, and negotiate with prospective clinical vendors
    • Work with our internal team and clients to help provide context on operational excellence and the value story associated with the broader program 
    • Lead and support implementation tasks and timelines in connection with new partner network launches, including in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop reporting and action on key insights to fine-tune and improve partnerships
    • Work cross-functionally with teams across growth, clinical, finance, and legal on operational, clinical, legal, and other items

What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
    • 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or at a large healthcare organization
    • Strong analytical and operational skills; highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce and creating slides / presentations a plus
    • Experience working in or adjacent to the healthcare industry preferred (e.g., provider systems, payers, care delivery, health tech)
    • Experience working with or building networks is a plus
    • Clear communicator with strong writing and organizational skills
    • Resourceful, independent, and comfortable operating in evolving, fast-paced environments
    • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and a desire to do mission-driven work
    • Good sense of humor
