Your Role
As Project Manager (m/f/d) at Heaten, you will lead customer projects for our high-temperature heat pumps and drive internal initiatives, ensuring efficient execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.
Customer Project Deliveries:
- Lead end-to-end project execution for high-temperature heat pump installations, ensuring seamless delivery to customers
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against milestones
- Manage customer expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, risks, and deliverables
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to optimize workflows and ensure project efficiency
- Identify and mitigate risks, addressing potential technical and logistical challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
Internal Projects:
- Drive internal initiatives aimed at process improvement, product development, or operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and success metrics
- Implement agile or waterfall methodologies, depending on project requirements
- Monitor project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
Qualifications and Education:
- Educational Background: A university degree or technician certificate in engineering, process engineering, or a related field is preferred. Extensive general industrial project management experience will also be considered.
- Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in industry equipment projects and delivery.
- Sector Experience: Experience in the energy sector, process/hydraulic industry, ideally with steam, heat supply, or heat pumps.
- Skills: A combination of technical and economic knowledge, strong analytical skills, self-driven, and innovative thinking.
- Teamwork and Strategy: Strong teamwork abilities, long-term planning and strategy skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
