Heetch started back in 2013 on the parking lots of nightclubs, where founders Teddy and Mathieu would showcase their nocturnal ride-sharing service to young customers who’d missed the last train.Currently, our professional 24/24 ride-hailing app covers several countries and is growing very fast, particularly in French-speaking Africa and Angola.
We are always looking for talented and driven people to join us. Today, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and business growth in Angola.
What will you do at Heetch?
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Heetch, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. You'll be responsible for defining our strategy, developing the team, crafting and executing robust marketing strategies that span online and offline channels, with a keen focus on lead generation, CRM optimization, and performance marketing. Your data analysis, project management, and people management expertise will drive our marketing initiatives forward. You will also be securing major partnerships and executing large scale campaigns to drive business growth.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Deeply understand the lifecycle of ride-hailing passengers and drivers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage (acquisition, activation, engagement, reactivation, etc.) across email, sms, push, or in-app messages.
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead generation efforts through a variety of marketing channels, both online and offline, to attract new users to the platform.
- Utilize CRM tools to nurture customer relationships and maximize user engagement and retention.
- Leverage data analysis to identify key trends, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
- Manage marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Oversee brand management initiatives and PR activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to effectively engage with our target audience and drive user adoption
Requirements
- University Degree in Business or related field, preferably with some time studying abroad.
- Proven experience in growth strategy, business marketing, customer acquisition, and retention, preferably in a fast-growing online business environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, performance marketing, SEO, and data analysis; full understanding of online marketing and business KPIs.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in people management and team development
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience in brand management, PR, or marketing communication is a plus.
