E-Bike Technicians are focused on helping us keep our vehicles on the road and delivering safe, reliable rides to riders across our cities. As a technician, you’ll work with technology to assist in servicing and repairing the fleet and track important vehicle diagnostics.

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose incoming bikes and route them to the appropriate department for service
- Adjust bike parts, such as adjusting brake calipers, and rotors
- Maintain bike parts, such as filling tires with air and/or replacing them
- Perform quality checks on bikes
- Use our app to test-ride bikes to ensure they meet our standards and are ready for the road
- Assist with other miscellaneous duties around the warehouse such as battery charging, assisting the team in unloading new bikes
What You'll Need
- A smartphone and experience using mobile technology
- Excellent skills with hand tools and the ability to lift over 40 pounds, repeatedly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to regularly work on weekends
- Ability to self-manage and also work well in a team environment
- Prior related experience (such as micro-mobility or mechanic experience) may be eligible for senior roles
Nice To Have:
- Experience repairing electric scooters or bikes is a plus!
