Micromobility.com is looking for a customer-focused Retail Advisor to join our growing storefront team. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional in-store service and assisting customers with their micromobility needs. You will play a key role in educating new and existing customers about our products, closing & executing sales transactions, and above all maintaining a welcoming and one-of-a-kind retail experience.
To be successful in this role, you should be enthusiastic & highly personable with the utmost attention to the needs of customers. You will be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team in a rapidly growing micromobility industry.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate micromobility solutions based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and operation of our products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the performance and functionality of our devices
- Become a subject matter expert in all areas related to Electric Vehicles (EVs) and the competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and assist customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings and holidays per the retail store schedule

Nice to Haves:
- 1-2 years of retail, sales or client service-related experience
- Experience in the micromobility industry is preferred, but not required
$20 - $22.75 an hour
