The Field Operations Specialists work in the field using technology to help monitor, maintain, and reposition vehicles across cities. It is a hands-on role where team members manage a broad set of responsibilities based on the dynamic day-to-day patterns and usage of vehicles in our cities. As a Field Operations Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health of our fleet and in bringing safe, reliable rides to users every day.
This role may be a Full-Time or Part-Time opportunity hired directly with Micromobility.com and various shifts are available.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Assist with scooter deployment and retrieval
- Use smartphone applications to locate and operate on products
- Assemble, maintain and repair product lines as they are assigned
- Work with a team to operate a van to redistribute products as required
- Respond to various tasks as they are assigned
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School degree or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to complete a simple report on a weekly basis
- Ability to be very active - bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis
- A great attitude and ability to work well with others
Nice to Haves (...but not required):
- Previous related experience
- Previous delivery, mechanical, logistics, and inventory experience
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Experience driving a larger vehicle in city traffic
- Knowledge of local area geography and street layout
