Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute full funnel digital marketing campaigns including SEM, display advertising, paid social media, and content syndication to engage customers and prospects, drive leads and generate pipeline
    • Partner with external agencies and online publishers to effectively manage and optimize campaigns
    • Measure, optimize, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create display ads and landing pages and to optimize user experience Required Qualifications and Experience
    • 3+ years experience in advertising, demand generation or campaign management
    • Experience developing and implementing successful demand creation and pipeline acceleration programs in a fast-paced environment
    • Must have excellent communication, time management, and project management skills
    • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
    • Must have demonstrated experience developing campaign performance reports and communicating campaign results
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

    • B.A. in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent combination of work experience
