Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Overnights: Not required
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Family Overview: This creative and globally-minded family is seeking a nurturing and experienced home educator to guide their preschooler through structured learning, imaginative play, and daily enrichment. The ideal candidate blends a Montessori-leaning approach with a flexible mindset and knows how to make learning both purposeful and fun.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a weekly learning plan tailored to developmental milestones
- Use hands-on, thematic activities that support early literacy, numeracy, and science skills
- Lead daily routines including meals, quiet time, and movement breaks
- Offer social-emotional support and model emotional regulation
- Limit screen time and encourage experiential learning both indoors and outdoors
- Track progress and provide regular updates to the parents
- Assist with light household tasks related to the child’s care and materials
$38 - $43 an hour
Qualifications:
Background in early childhood education, homeschooling, or teaching
Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting
Warm, engaging, and curious personality
Excellent communication and organization skills
CPR/First Aid certified
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to plan curriculum and adjust based on the child’s growth and interest
Must sign an NDA
