Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, open to guarantee 20 hours with flexibility for schedule adjustments.
Hours are expected to increase over time based on the family’s evolving needs.
Compensation: $25-$27/hour (DOE)

About the Family:
A warm and Christian faith-centered family in West Frisco, TX is seeking a loving, dependable, and flexible part-time nanny to support their household during a particularly busy and challenging season. With three young children—a 6-year-old daughter, a 3-year-old son, and a 9-month-old baby girl—and a parent going through some serious medical treatments, the family is looking for a trusted caregiver who can provide consistent support and bring calm and joy to their home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up the children from school or daycare starting at 4:00 PM
- Create a warm, welcoming environment to help the kids relax and recharge after their day
- Assist with light meal preparation or get dinner started so the evening runs smoothly
- Support the children through their evening routines, including preparing for bedtime
- Assist with light household tasks—such as laundry, tidying common areas, or light organizing as needed
- Be adaptable and ready to jump in wherever needed to make the family’s evening flow with ease
Ideal Candidate:
- Brings genuine joy in caring for young children and is confident managing multiple age groups.
- Patient, dependable, and adaptable—able to remain calm and organized during busy evenings
- Skilled in multitasking, time management, and creating a nurturing, structured home environment
- Confident caring for three children at once and supporting parents in a hands-on, proactive way
- Comfortable using a personal vehicle for school pickups (mileage reimbursement provided; family vehicle available on some days)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Experience managing multiple children and ages
- Holds CPR & First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Fully vaccinated, strictly non-smoking, and fluent in English
$25 - $27 an hour
