Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits: Includes 401(k), health insurance stipend, and dental care stipend.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week guaranteed.
General hours are Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PT.
Flexibility required; overtime is compensated.

Family Overview:
This dynamic and warm family is looking to welcome a Live-In Nanny & Executive Assistant who can seamlessly support their active child and help coordinate household and business tasks. The family is ideally seeking someone who is open to relocating to Texas within 6 to 12 months to align with their evolving needs.

Their child is inquisitive and full of energy, thriving on creative and engaging activities. The family appreciates a positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and a team-oriented approach, making this role perfect for someone who values building strong, meaningful connections.
In addition to childcare, the position includes assisting with various administrative responsibilities to help keep the household and family businesses running smoothly.

Responsibilities

    • Encourage creativity and curiosity through age-appropriate, developmentally enriching activities.
    • Introduce early learning concepts in a hands-on, enjoyable manner to inspire a passion for learning.
    • Support daily routines, including meal and snack preparation for the child.
    • Deliver attentive and nurturing care for one preschool-aged child, emphasizing interactive, educational, and play-based engagement.
    • Oversee household administrative duties, including invoice management, bill reconciliation, and coordinating schedules.
    • Handle general errands and assist with light correspondence (e.g., emails, scheduling).
    • Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude toward evolving responsibilities and opportunities for growth.
    • Maintain tidiness in children’s areas and shared household spaces through light housekeeping.
    • Family meal preparation is appreciated but not required.

Qualifications

    • Energetic and personable, with a warm sense of humor that complements the family’s dynamic
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a professional nanny
    • Willingness to relocate to Texas within 6 to 12 months to meet the family’s future needs
    • College degree is preferred but not required
    • CPR and First Aid certification
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
    • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
    • Excellent communication skills, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
    • Clear background with no criminal history, supported by three strong professional references
    • Bonus: Experience in household administration or business support
$30 - $35 an hour
