Compensation: $30-35/hr, based on qualifications and experience. Includes 401(k), health insurance stipend, and dental care stipend.
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours per week. The schedule will vary, but aiming for 9 AM- 5:30 PM PT M-F. With overtime pay.
Live-In Accommodations: Private bedroom and bathroom provided in California. In Texas a private bathroom and bedroom as well!

Executive Assistant & Childcare Tasks

    • Manage household administrative tasks, including paying invoices, auditing bills, and scheduling.
    • Running errands and sending out emails.
    • Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities with a willingness to grow into the role.
    • Provide attentive care and supervision for the preschooler, focusing on active, engaging, and educational play.
    • Foster creativity, curiosity, and development through stimulating activities.
    • Teach fundamental skills in interactive, fun ways to encourage a love of learning.
    • Handle daily routines such as meals and snacks.
    • Perform light housekeeping focused on children’s spaces and common areas.
    • Optional: Prepare meals for the family (welcomed but not required).
$30 - $35 an hour

In addition to childcare, the family seeks a candidate eager to learn and take on executive assistant responsibilities to support their businesses. Travel to their second home in California and quarterly trips to destinations like Europe or Montana make this an exciting, multifaceted role combining childcare and administrative responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate
Be playful and engaging, with a great sense of humor to match the family’s personality
Have 3+ years of professional nanny experience
Hold a college degree (preferred but not required)
Be certified in CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain certification)
Demonstrate excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, showing flexibility and adaptability
Exhibit strong communication skills, discretion, and professionalism
Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Have no criminal history and provide three impeccable references
Bonus: Experience with household administrative tasks or business support
