We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join the Data Operations team. The Data Entry Specialist supports HelloOffice brokers by researching, confirming and maintaining commercial real estate data for market insights and client surveys. The Data Entry Specialist will also communicate via email and phone with external brokers to confirm the availability of spaces and to ensure fit with our clients' requirements. To succeed in this role, you will need to pursue heads-down work keeping our data up to date and proactively communicate with brokers at HelloOffice and at other companies.
What you’ll do:
- Research to ensure HelloOffice data is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with HelloOffice brokers to find and input data related to specific client requirements
- Communicate with the broker community at large to check availability of spaces, gather information and update our systems with new information
