So what will you be doing all day? You would join us in our Lenexa Headquarters Office as an HR Business Partner working on things like…

    • Partner with business leaders on an end-to-end human capital strategy and provide input and implement key HR strategies to deliver successful business outcomes
    • Build and own relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership and coaching with an ability to challenge the leader on people strategies related to key business deliverables
    • Create positive change management practices and proactively mitigate risk by adapting to the changes needed to deliver on business needs
    • Ownership of the talent strategy within a Sector to include the state of the talent pipeline, succession and career planning and diversity, equity & inclusion strategies
    • Leveraging your analytical skills through the interpretation of human capital and business data to inform decisions that tie back to business priorities and generate positive organizational health and engagement
    • Manage and facilitate effective organizational design, structure, development and leadership coaching that supports growth and drives to cultural alignment
    • Consult with leaders to create comprehensive strategic workforce plans that are aligned with the business strategies and growth with alignment to the financial plan
    • Proactively share business knowledge and utilize business driven input to partner on designing a plan with internal clients, and the HR team, to enable the delivery of business focused solutions
    • Drive projects and initiatives across the organization

We'd love for you to apply for this position if you have…

    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR Generalist work. HR Business Partner experience strongly preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or HR Management preferred.
    • Experience in coaching and advising executive leaders and navigating business politics, as well as analyzing and presenting metrics to make data driven decisions.
    • Ability to provide immediate engagement and direction to critical business escalations, and translate business objectives to human capital strategies.
    • Vision to see where additional opportunities exist to expand our HR service and delivery model, to ensure we are providing best-in-class solutions to our clients.
$85,000 - $100,000 a year
Anticipated salary range for this position may be $85,000 - $100,000
