About Henon
We are building a relationship first, tech enabled financial services company founded to help Private Equity firms grow. Henon is a pioneer of AI and automation software providing PE firms and their portfolio companies with a full stack technology suite encompassing Data warehousing, Applications, Modelling and Reporting functions into a single platform.
What you will do
o Work with Private Equity (PE) CFO’s daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into the cloud
o Lead the full sales-cycle, from initial interest to deal close and coordinate collaboration cross-functionally with customer success, technical teams, etc.
o Understand AI and the application of AI tools in the PE workflow
o Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
o Build relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries, in order to close deals
o Consult with prospects and existing customers regarding business objectives and requirements, and build long-lasting partnerships
o Model a wide range of use cases in which Henon can drive business transformation across different industries
o Provide professional after-sales support with our ES team to maximize customer loyalty
o Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in pipleline
o Think critically about sales insights and data and experiment with new growth tactics
Sales Experience
- Previous experience B2B SaaS full cycle sales as an Account Executive or similar sales role
- Experience with financial products (iLevel, Cobalt, Chronograph, Bloomberg, GLG, Prequin) is preferred.
- You thrive partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships, closing deals, and aligning key stakeholders at each stage of the sales lifecycle.
- You have a deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and deep relationships for your organization.
- You are passionate about our overall mission at henon.ai and how AI it can bring value to our clients.
£95,000 - £135,000 a year
Base compensation + Sales Variable Compensation + Options grant in addition to the base salary to commensurate with experience.
