Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee multiple accounts, branded partnership projects and assets
    • Monitor and optimize program performance, and delivery by working with Social and other cross-functional teams to both resolve discrepancies and optimize toward best performance
    • Effectively communicate Herb products and offerings as they relate to client goals
    • Host online, phone and in-person presentations
    • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for the program, representing Herb as a professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy partner
    • Successfully manage and exceed client expectations through the effective use of direct communication, clear timelines, and organized project management so all programs run smoothly both internally and externally
    • Provide insight and recommendations into Herb’s pre-sale process, contributing to pitch strategies when necessary
    • Work closely with the Sales & Operations  teams to develop client-facing collateral (templates, education decks, one-pagers, campaign recaps, media plans, etc.)
    • Work closely with Herb Sales, Creative, Editorial, Production, and Social teams to manage and launch custom content sponsorships

Requirements

    • 3+ years of client service or account management experience in a media or cannabis company
    • College or university degree in a marketing or business-related field is an asset
    • Ability to interface with all required levels with a customer (entry level to senior executive)
    • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
    • Ability to thrive and be highly effective in a fast-paced and fluid environment, as well as situations of ambiguity and uncertainty
    • Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as well as function in a team environmentProject management experience a plus
    • Demonstrates preparedness, planning, and execution skills
    • Follows established processes and understands the importance of them
    • Seeks accuracy with a strong attention to detail
    • Strong creative problem-solving abilities
