Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers coming into the service department and determine the nature of customers requests.
- Explain company policies, procedures, products, services, etc.
- Answer a variety of questions related to car repairs and servicing.
- Explain labor and parts estimates; investigate customer concerns.
- Track progress on customers vehicles, and keep customers apprised.
- Direct customers to cashier, and assist with cashier duties as needed.
- Follow up with customers after work is done to ensure satisfaction.
- Use of ADP/CDK software, Oasis, Service Edge, FMC Dealer and iPad to complete tasks.
- Prepare repair orders and customer bill, ensuring that final charges correlate to quotes.
- Perform a variety of tasks associated with processing warranty claims.
- Maintain all required logs and records of service department activities.
Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Fundamental computer and administrative/clerical skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills, including basic sales skills.
- General technical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch and stand over, under and next to all repair vehicles.
- Ability to work with little supervision and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As a Member of the H-Team, you'll enjoy:
- Must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent), with some college-level training desirable.
- One to three years of relevant experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.

- Excellent customer relations skills, including basic sales skills.
- General technical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair.

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
