This role is all about building trust and loyalty with our customers while ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience when bringing their vehicles in for service. Key Responsibilities

    • Greet customers coming into the service department and determine the nature of customers requests.
    • Explain company policies, procedures, products, services, etc.
    • Answer a variety of questions related to car repairs and servicing.
    • Explain labor and parts estimates; investigate customer concerns.
    • Track progress on customers vehicles, and keep customers apprised.
    • Direct customers to cashier, and assist with cashier duties as needed.
    • Follow up with customers after work is done to ensure satisfaction.
    • Use of ADP/CDK software, Oasis, Service Edge, FMC Dealer and iPad to complete tasks.
    • Prepare repair orders and customer bill, ensuring that final charges correlate to quotes.
    • Perform a variety of tasks associated with processing warranty claims.
    • Maintain all required logs and records of service department activities.

Qualifications

    • Must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent)
    • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
    • Fundamental computer and administrative/clerical skills.
    • Excellent customer relations skills, including basic sales skills.
    • General technical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
    • Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch and stand over, under and next to all repair vehicles.
    • Ability to work with little supervision and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
$65,000 - $75,000 a year
